ChenEx The Chenery Extended Program  The Chenery Extended Program (ChenEx) is located at the Chenery Middle School in Belmont, Massachusetts. ChenEx is a non-profit youth organization operating under the auspices of the Chenery Middle School PTO, Incorporated. The program is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Department of Early Education and Care.
